Facebook employees have now added their voices to the It Gets Better Project. We have already featured some of the videos from this project on the site however this one addresses cyberbullying, an increasing problem in our society.
Sheryl Sandberg, the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook, explains the process of reporting any hurtful or inappropriate content to them at the end of the video.
